Niagara County Community College has long supported the Lewiston Kiwanis Club and the Niagara County Peach Festival. Now the Culinary Institute of NCCC and running - and getting praise for offering - the time is right for the center of Niagara Falls campus to sponsor a fishing competition Fishing Festival annual recipes taste-off.
